Important Information
-
Nerf Wars is an honesty based game, so be honest. If there is a dispute over whether a kill is legitimate or not, a moderator will make the final decision (with the information and evidence they have).
-
The structure of the war is bracket play, every team will be randomly selected against another team, and the bracket will play out from there.
-
Rounds are from Monday at 5am to Saturday at 11:59pm. Sunday will be a buffer day to settle any ties. (Prom is an exception...see schedule at the bottom)
-
After each round, everyone from the winning team is back in the game for the next round.
-
If a tie takes place, moderators will organize a duel to take place on Sunday to determine the winner.
-
Moderators are: Cole Gutterman, Clay Sutor, Jack Dewine, Braden Grant, and Braden Cox
-
There might be special events (supply drops, respawn balloons, etc.), so stay updated on our social media to stay ahead of the game!
Elimination & Weapon Rules
-
You MUST report your kill within 24 hours of the kill or it will not count. To report a kill, dm our Twitter or Instagram (@bcreeknerfwars) with who killed whom with a picture or video for proof (again, this is based on honesty, so play fair).
-
An elimination occurs when shot anywhere on the body, if you are shot on something you are carrying, it still counts as an elimination (backpacks, purses, EVEN your gun etc.).
-
If you are eliminated, you are not able to eliminate anyone for the remainder of that round.
-
You can only use weapons that are nerf branding.
-
Nerf swords, balls, and shields are not allowed.
-
Weapons can be modified, but the bullets cannot.
-
Darts may be thrown.
General Rules
-
Be respectful of property. If you damage someone’s property, it is your responsibility to replace or pay for the broken item(s).
-
If, at any point, an adult asks you to leave their property, you need to do so. If the cops get involved, that is on you.
-
You may not break the law. If you get in trouble with the law, it is your responsibility.
-
You cannot steal other player’s nerf guns.
-
You may not enter a house unless invited in.
-
The operator of any vehicle is immune while the vehicle is running.
-
You may not enter a house unless invited in.
-
You may not hold or restrict a person’s movement in order to shoot them.
-
You may not use Nerf Wars as an excuse to be late to school. Additionally, you cannot make someone late to school, work, or other activities.
-
All moderators have the power to remove anyone or any team from the game at any time. So, don’t get yourself into trouble.
-
If a player decides to quit after you submit, you must play without them (no replacements!!!).
-
If nerf weapons are seen anywhere on school grounds, you will be disqualified for the rest of the war.
-
While taking a picture to confirm a kill, the players involved in the picture are immune and cannot shoot anyone else. After the picture is taken, players must be given enough time to clear out before any more shooting happens. To make things easy, it’s recommended that the battles are finished before any pictures are taken.
-
Other teams can help, but they cannot eliminate teams other than the ones they are assigned to.
-
Moderators have final say on all things regarding the war.
-
If you think something is against the rules: it probably is. Play fair.
-
DON’T BE STUPID
